What are your shipping fees?

Domestic (USA) Shipping is FREE!
International Shipping has a fix fee of $9.99

When will I receive my package?

Orders are shipped out via USPS within 3-5 business days, our standard shipping is 2-3 weeks. Please note, delivery might be delayed during holidays or in a case of high demand products. In case an item was not received within 45 days, please contact our customer support.         

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Why did I receive several shipping confirmation emails?

Many of our items are sourced from global suppliers, and stored in 12 warehouses globally. You receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each package that is shipped out of a warehouse.

How to I change or cancel my order?

Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout?
No worries, we've all done it :)

Please send us an email as soon as possible.
Depending on demand, we can't guarantee these requests, but we promise we will try our hardest. We are only be able to change or cancel your order if your request is answered before your order is processed. Be sure to include details about the changes you need made.

I have a coupon code but it didn’t apply, what can I do?

You have a coupon code? Great, we want to make sure you can use it!
(1) Make sure you used one coupon code upon checkout, our system cannot recognize more than one code.
(2) Make sure your coupon is not expired or already used
(3) Some codes require minimum purchase amount or items from a specific collection, make sure you follow the coupon restrictions.
